हर महिला में हैं, काबिलियत... (Ability is in every woman...)

           नईदुनिया में समाचार 'राजस्थान में आदिवासी महिलाएं बना रही सोलर लैंप' पढ़ा। ख़ुशी गर्व व महिलाओं के लिए सम्मान की बात है की जिन आदिवासी महिलाओं को पिछड़ा , अशिक्षित और घर की चार दिवारी में कैद रहकर चूल्हे चौके की जिंदगी जीना माना जाता है , उन्होंने घर के बाहर अपने कदम रखे प्रशिक्षण लिया और सोलर इंजीनियर बन दिखाया । अब यह महिलाएं  सोलर लैम्पों का निर्माण कर रही है व  इनके लिए अब सोलर मॉड्यूल प्लांट भी बनाया जा रहा हैं।

               यह पहला मौका नहीं हैं जब महिलाओं ने अपने हुनर और क्षमताओं को साबित किया है , इससे पहले भी कई मर्तबा महिलाओं ने राजनीति, अभिनय, अंतरिक्ष, शिक्षा व व्यवसाय आदि क्षेत्रों में पुरुषों से बेहतर कर दिखाया हैं। बस महिलाओं को जरुरत हैं तो अवसर मिलने की। चूँकि अधिकांश आदिवासी महिलाएं ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में निवास करती हैं , इसलिए इन्हे प्रर्याप्त शिक्षा , मार्गदर्शन , प्रशिक्षण व अवसर प्राप्त नहीं हो पाते हैं  , किन्तु जब भी शासन इन्हे यह सब मुहैया करता हैं यह अपने आप को पुरुषों से बेहतर साबित कर दिखाती हैं ।

         This is not the first time that women have proved their skills and abilities, even before many women have done better than men in the fields of politics, acting, space, education and business. If women only need to get opportunities. Since most tribal women live in rural areas, they do not get adequate education, guidance, training and opportunities, but whenever the government provides them all, it proves itself to be better than men.
