होमवर्क के बोझ से बच्चों की रचनात्मकता न छीने... (Do not take away the creativity of children from the burden of homework ...)

              सेंट्रल बोर्ड ऑफ़ सेकंडरी एजुकेशन ने स्कूलों को निर्देश दिए है की छोटे बच्चों को कठिन प्रोजेक्ट व होमवर्क न दे किन्तु फिर भी अधिकांश स्कूलों में इसका पालन नहीं हो रहा हैं। सीबीएसई के निर्देशानुसार कक्षा दूसरी तक के बच्चों को होमवर्क नहीं दिया जाना चाहिए क्योंकि होमवर्क में लगने वाले समय का उपयोग बच्चे रचनात्मक कार्य में कर सके। बच्चों को स्कूल में सिखायी गयी किताबी शिक्षा को बार बार होमवर्क के रूप में दोहराने से बच्चों में रटन प्रवृत्ति को बढ़ावा मिलेगा जो की आगे की कक्षाओं के लिए ठीक नहीं हैं। रटाने से बच्चों का सम्पूर्ण विकास नहीं हो पाता है और वह रचनात्मक सोच से दूर होते जाते हैं। इसे हम ओशो के अनुसार समझ सकते है की  - 'हम पेड़ उगाने के लिए बीज को डालते हैं, फिर खाद दाल देते हैं, फिर पानी डालते हैं। फिर बीज से अंकुर निकल आता है। बस, शिक्षा अंकुरण बननी चाहिए, आरोपण नहीं। शिक्षा भूमि बननी चाहिए, खाद बननी चाहिए, पानी बननी चाहिए और जो बच्चों के भीतर है उस अंकुर को निकलने की पूरी स्वत्रंता होनी चाहिए।' दूसरी कक्षा तक के बच्चों को होमवर्क के बोझ तले दबाकर उनकी मासुमियत, बचपना छीनना और उन्हें तनाव में रखना कितना सही हैं? क्या ऐसे उपाय नहीं किए जाना चाहिए जिससे बच्चे स्कूल से फ्री होने के बाद किसी तनाव में न रहे, उनकी मासुमियत और बचपने को वो आनंद से जी सके.? बच्चों में किताबी ज्ञान के अतिरिक्त विभिन्न स्किल्स का डेवलपमेंट भी स्कूल में ही हो सके वो भी पूरी स्वत्रंतता के साथ |

             The Central Board of Secondary Education has instructed schools not to give difficult projects and homework to young children, but still it is not being followed in most schools. According to the CBSE, homework should not be given to children up to class II because the time spent in homework can be used by the child in creative work. Repeating book education taught to children in the form of homework again and again will boost the rattan trend in children which are not suitable for further classes. By rote, children do not develop completely and they get away from creative thinking. We can understand it according to Osho - 'We put seeds to grow trees, then give manure pulses, then add water. Then seedling comes out from the seed. Simply, education should be germination, not implantation. Education should be made land, fertilizer should be made, water should be made and the seedlings which are inside the children should be free to grow. How right is it for the children up to the second grade to snatch their innocence, childishness and keep them under stress under the burden of homework? Should not such measures be taken so that children do not remain under any stress after being freed from school, that they can live with their innocence and childish pleasure.? Apart from the bookish knowledge in children, development of various skills can also be done in school itself with complete independence.
