अपना हुनर साबित कर रही हैं, महिलाएं.. (Women are proving their skills ..)

           इंदौर में पिंक ऑटो रिक्शा की शुरुआत जल्द शुरू होने के आशार हैं, इसमें महिलाएं ड्राइविंग सीखकर ऑटो रिक्शा शहर भर में चला सकेगी। एक संस्थान की मदद से महिलाओ ने ड्राइविंग सीखी व अब इन्हें जल्द ही कॉमर्शियल लाइसेंस मिलने में है । किन्तु ये रिक्शा तब ही चला सकती हैं जब इन्हें कॉमर्शियल लाइसेंस मिले एक वर्ष पूर्ण हो चूका हो। इसलिए ड्राइविंग सीखने के बाद भी ये महिलाये ड्राइविंग नही कर पा थी l तब संस्था "समान" ने इनके लिए नौकरियां तलाशी व अब ये महिलाये अपना हुनर ड्राइविंग में दिखा रही हैं, व बेहतर तरीके से अपनी जिम्मेदारियों को निभा रही हैं। अब तक यही माना जाता था की महिलाओ के लिए ड्राइविंग लाइन ठीक नहीं है व महिलाये इस काम को नही कर सकती हैं, किन्तु एक बार फिर महिलाओ ने ड्राइविंग क्षेत्र में जॉब कर के साबित किया हैं की वह पुरुषो से बेहतर ड्राइविंग जॉब कर सकती हैं। साथ ही ऐसी कोई फील्ड नही हैं, जहाँ महिलाये पुरुषो से कम हो। महिलाये हर फील्ड में अपना हुनर दिखा सकती हैं, बस जरूरत हैं तो उन्हें प्रर्याप्त  अवसरों को प्रदान करने की । अब महिलाये आत्मरक्षा और सेल्फकॉन्फीडेन्ट में जीने लगी है। इसलिए अब हमे महिलाओ की क्षमता को सिमित नहीं मानना चाहिए और नहीं उन्हें कमजोर समझना चाहिए। बल्कि हमे तो उन्हें प्रयाप्त अवसर प्रदान करना चाहिए जिससे की वह हर क्षेत्र में अपना हुनर दिखा सके व अपने आप को बेहतर साबित कर सके।

        Pink auto rickshaw is expected to start soon in Indore, in which women will be able to learn driving and drive auto rickshaws across the city. With the help of an institute, women learned driving and now they are soon in getting commercial license. But these rickshaws can be run only when they have completed one year of getting commercial license. So even after learning driving these women were not able to drive. Then the organization "Samaan" searched jobs for them and now these women are showing their skills in driving, and are better performing their responsibilities. Till now it was believed that the driving line is not good for women and women cannot do this work, but once again women have proved that they can do a better driving job than men by working in the driving area. . Also, there are no fields where women are less than men. Women can show their skills in every field, just to provide them ample opportunities if needed. Now women have started living in self-defense and selfconfident. So now we should not confine the capacity of women and should not consider them weak. Rather we should provide them ample opportunities so that they can show their skills in every field and prove themselves better.
